Notes:

  • Today we are doing a triplet of Burpees, Front Squats, T2B.
  • Following the warm up, we will review our front squat.
  • We will also get some practice working the kipping movement for our T2B
  • When approaching this WOD, you want to choose a moderate weight that will challenge you, but you should be able to do all the reps in each set. You don’t want to have to clean the bar again and make sure you are ready to pick up the bar before hitting your squats.
  • Depending on your ability to perform T2B, you may have to break it up into sets.
  • Don’t hit the burpees too fast, save your stamina for the front squats.

  • T2B – Knees to Chest – Knees to Waist
  • Front Squats – Lower the Weight
  • Burpees – Modified
