Notes:

  • Today we are going spend time working on the SNATCH.
  • Following the general warm up, we will perform skill work and practice each part of the snatch.
  • There are three ways to approach this workout:
    • Keep the weight light and focus on your snatch technique.
    • Warm up to a heavy single and maintain the same weight across all 5 sets.
    • Make small jumps working up to a heavy 1RM.
  • Move Well, Play Hard, Have Fun

 

Modifications:

  • Snatch – Keep weight low focus on technique.
