Directions

Columbia CrossFit is located across the street from Columbia Motor Sports. It is a white building that has a barn with horses adjacent to it. It also shares a building with Crossroads Physical Therapy. Please note that GPS, Google maps and Mapquest directions are often misleading or wrong. Please use these directions to help you find your way to us.

 

From Hartford Area: Take 84 East to Exit 59 (Rt.384 East) Follow Rt 384 until it ends (approximately 7 miles) As the expressway ends, stay in the right lane to merge onto Rt.6 East (toward Providence). Follow Rt 6 East 10.5 miles untill you reach a traffic light at the junction of Rt.6 and Rt. 66 (you will have just passed a Ford car Dealership). Go straight through light (you will now actually be on Rt. 66 East even though you went straight). Follow Rt. 66 East for 1 mile and Columbia CrossFit will be on your left, Shares a building with Crossroads Physical Therapy.

From Middletown Area: Take Rt. 66 East through East Hampton, Marlborough, Hebron and into Columbia (approximately 24 miles ) until you reach the traffic light at the junction of Rt. 66 and Rt. 6. Just before this traffic light, bear right to stay on Rt. 66 East. Follow Rt. 66 East for 1 mile and Columbia CrossFit will be on your left. Shares a building with Crossroads Physical Therapy.

From New Haven Area: Take 91 North to exit 25 (please note that exits 25-26 are grouped together as an exit off the highway, but you must bear left as you exit to follow Exit 25). This puts you onto Rt. 3 North. Follow Rt. 3 North for approximately 2 miles and then bear to the right in order to merge onto Rt. 2 East (toward Norwich). Follow Rt. 2 East to Exit 13 (Rt. 66- Willimantic). As you exit the will ‘Y’. Bear left at the ‘Y’ and you will come to a quick traffic light. Turn left at the light onto Rt. 66 East toward Willimantic. Follow Rt. 66 East approximately 12 miles (you will pass through the town of Hebron and into Columbia) until you reach the traffic light at the junction of Rt. 66 and Rt. 6. Just before the traffic light, bear right to stay on Rt. 66 East. Follow Rt. 66 East for 1 mile and Columbia CrossFit will be on your left. Shares a building with Crossroads Physical Therapy.

From Norwich/ New London Area: Take 395 North to Exit 81 West (Rt. 2 W/CT 32 N) toward Hartford. Merge onto Rt. 2 W/CT 32 N and follow approximately 1.5 miles to Exit 25. At the end of the ramp turn right onto Rt. 32 North. Follow Rt. 32 North approximately 1 mile and then turn left onto Rt. 87 North (toward Lebanon). Follow Rt. 87 approximately 14 miles until you reach the intersection of Rt. 87 and Rt. 66 in Columbia (please note you bust bear left at the stop sign just after the Lebanon green in order to stay on Rt.87). At the traffic light at the intersection of Rt.87 and Rt. 66, turn right onto Rt. 66 East down the hill to the traffic light at the intersection of Rt. 66 and Rt. 6. Just before the traffic light, bear right to stay on Rt. 66 East. Follow Rt. 66 East for another mile and Columbia CrossFit will be on your left. Shares a building with Crossroads Physical Therapy.
