A WEEK-LONG CAMP FOR TEENS

This camp has ended, but we will be hosting more camps soon! 

This camp is designed for all High School level athletes and advanced Junior High athletes. The 90-minute sessions will include coaching on the proper mechanics of strength training, speed training, and core stability. In addition the athletes will receive instruction on nutrition and programming in relation to their respective sport or athletic event. Parents are welcome to stay and observe. Please make sure all athletes are properly equipped and hydrated prior to each session. Each session will include demanding workouts and teamwork. 

DAILY ACTIVITIES

  • Monday – Check in- Baseline Testing- Progress Testing
  • Tuesday – Power lifting Technique- Nutrition
  • Wednesday – Agility and Speed Training- Flexibility- How to Recover
  • Thursday – Olympic Lifting Training- How to Program
  • Friday – Explosive Training- Questions
